This is what most Americans think of when they think of Italian music. It’s definitely true that these traditions form the foundation of Italian music, Italian music today has evolved by incorporating music throughout the world to create something distinctly modern and Italian.
Thanks to services like Spotify, YouTube, and the ease of buying MP3’s, the world of Italian music is at our fingertips like never before. I’ll try to introduce you to the artists that are making headlines while also sharing playlists and letting you know about opportunities to engage with their work.
